David Glen is from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and grew up playing AAA hockey for the Fort Saskatchewan Rangers. David then played for the Spruce Grove Saints in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) where he was the Team Captain and won two league championships.
Following his junior hockey career, David earned a scholarship to play for Penn State University where he played 4 years- 2 as an Assistant Captain and was the Team Captain in his final year. He won the NCAA B1G Sportsmanship award in the 2013-14 season, and the NCAA Lowe’s Senior Class All-American award in the 2015-16 season.
David then went on to play professionally for the Idaho Steelheads in the ECHL, and then for the Gap Rapaces in Ligue Magnus (France) and the Champions League in Europe.
Post hockey career, David joined The Sports Corporation as a player advisor for one of the top hockey agencies in the world. He then moved to Las Vegas where he is the Coach in Chief for the Las Vegas Storm. He is also currently the west coast regional scout for the Vernon Vipers in the British Colombia Hockey League (BCHL).
